Some countries £40, due to shipping charges, we refund any overpaid shipping to you.
Delivery to non-permanent addresses (eg: hotels) is not permitted and we will cancel your order.
If you know you will be on holiday please do not order, as certain orders need to be signed for or will not fit in your letterbox and will get returned to us incurring extra delivery charges when re-delivered. We will not refund on any order if you were on holiday during the estimated delivery date.
Rest Of World:
Signed For/Tracked service (dependent on your country approximately 14 working days, non guaranteed - does not include time spent with customs)
Orders can be held in customs in your country for as long as they need to check the parcel - this is out of our hands and may result in a delay in your order getting to you. Therefore we offer no guaranteed delivery date on any orders. Order may be subject to customs charges in your country, payable by yourself. You must make sure the item/s you want to purchase are allowed to enter your country before purchasing, we not liable if your order gets destroyed/sent back to us and we will pass on any return fees to you via invoice.
If you are not available when delivery is attempted and your parcel gets returned to us, we will either refund you (less shipping charge), or re-send the parcel, but you will be sent an invoice for the shipping charge, and only once this is paid will we re-send your order.
We are unable to post liquids via any other service than Royal Mail. Therefore if your order goes over 2kg, and we have to ship via courier we will have to remove and refund for the adhesive.
We are unable to send liquids outside of the UK mainland at all.
UK orders over £50 will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24
We post within 2-3 working day of your order being received.
If an item is out of stock we will do our best to contact you before we post your order.
Items that are out of stock will be placed on back order for you if required, or we will refund the items for you. If the item will take us longer than a week to get back in stock we will generally refund for that item, and send on the rest of your order.
UK: Royal Mail won’t consider an item of mail to be lost until 10 working days have passed from the date it was due to be delivered - for piece of mind we use a delivery confirmation service, and always have proof of postage.
EU and Rest of World: Royal Mail cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to EU) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date. We are not liable to replace or refund non-tracked orders from outside the EU.
Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and Bank holidays. We cannot class an item as lost until this time has passed. Please contact your neighbours and local sorting office first as your parcel could be with them. Generally we post items in a green polka dot mailing bag, larger orders are sent in a purple mailing bag or boxed.
If you wish to return your unused, undamaged item/s, please contact us with your order number.
We will then arrange for you to post the item back to us and we will replace the item or refund you as required. Item/s must be returned in saleable condition and secure packaging, you must obtain proof of postage for your return and post using a Tracked or Signed For postage option - If your return does not arrive with us we cannot process it. If returning from outside the UK please mark your customs form as 'Return' as if we have to pay customs charges they will be passed onto you.
Please include a copy of your invoice in your return as otherwise your refund/replacement will be delayed. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the item/s and will be refunded in the same way you paid (card refund/Paypal).
Please note: Any materials made for you with non-matching (bespoke) felt backings, Cut ribbons, Die Cuts, Sewing Patterns and Bow Templates/Dies are non-returnable/refundable.
Sheets of glitter/faux leather/velvet/fabric felt, etc must not be folded for posting, as this damages the fabric and will void your return claim.
Sale items are non-returnable.
